We are now a few more hours into the mission and my conclusion on our team dynamic is we are pretty effective in combat but we are still not very good at the whole teamwork thing. So I will now summarize what has transpired so far to illustrate my point.
After defeating the zombies. Tom got out of the whole created by Liagim and they had a little spat about friendly fire. They did not come to any agreement over how to not repeat the incident. We then started talking about our next plan of action but we were at a deadlock and my wife just started walking off towards the city so we just ended up following her with Tom going invisible and Liagim going into shadow form but not before setting the pit with the zombies in it on fire.
After a while we hear a scream coming from the northwest and go to investigate it. We eventually see a woman on top of a semi surrounded by 2 hordes of zombies. We then proceed to engage them. Long story short Liagim put up a barrier of metal between her and the zombies and impaled them with spikes projected up from the asphalt. Dishonor made a ramp of the earth up the semi which crushed some of the zombies. Tom jumped into the metal cylinder created by Liagim and then almost got fried by the wall of fire Liagim projected. And I finished off the rest with two shots which somehow killed the last 12 zombies. Which I still don’t understand how that happened but hey.
After the battle was one Tom and Liagim exchanged some harsh words cause once again Liagim almost committed fratricide on Tom. After that exchange dishonor starts doing his eating dead bodies things while Liagim goes into a trance like state. Tom then lays the woman (who had passed out from her ordeal) on the ground out of site from Dishonors apparently after combat routine of eating his dead enemies. He then tries to wake her and subsequently calm her down. While this was happening I was analyzing our current surrounding and came to the conclusion that we should probable move soon because we were in a prime position to get ambushed. I then relay to me teammates that we should move as soon as possible. Tom then asks the woman if there is a safe location around which she replies saying that she is looking for her son. I then suspected that the boy we ran into earlier could be her son but neither I nor anyone else told her that. I then convince her through Tom to let me examine her to see if there are any injuries we should be aware of. She checked out fine. Tom then tells me to keep Dishonor away from her because he’s kind of terrifying looking what with the blood and all. I am able to convince him to let me clean him up. While this is happening Tom finds a car nearby and is eventually able to get it up and running. As the woman starts making her way to the car we hear the crack of a rifle and she is shot dead. Tom yells sniper and we locate the snipers location as on a roof. Dishonor then snatches up the now dead woman’s body and starts munching on her while walking towards the building with the sniper on it. That should now bring you up to speed on what has happened.
Now back to the dynamics of the teams and my opinions of my companions. As far as the dynamics is concerned Tom and Liagaim are probably going to be a problem because they just don’t seem to get along. That being said I don’t really blame Tome for this cause Liagim has almost killed him twice so far. Now as far as my opinions are concerned they haven’t really changed but I am trusting LIagim less and less because he has no sense of restraint when is it comes to flinging deadly powers around which may end up getting someone killed. Well that’s my report and I’m definitely going to add Liagim to my list of people to talk to my superiors about.
